Storyline: Clyde Sheltons family brutally murdered. They are responsible to maintain. But because of the bad procedures, PR, Nick Rice, only circumstantial evidence. So he decided to get one of them to testify against the other. When Shelton learned, he is not happy. Ten years later, one of those convicted were carried out, but something went wrong; execution will miss it, it dies. They learn that someone tampered with the machine. And one of the other was found dead, killed in a way that was gruesome. Rice suspected Shelton, so it was his truck. At first, Shelton agreed a agreement prayer and rice, but changed his mind. It seems that Shelton is not done, it seems he blames the system and declared war on it to go to everyone involved in the case familys him. That Rice stopped him, but Shelton is far ahead.
